Magic Flame Electric Fireplaces (MFEF) offers one of the easiest return policies on the web today. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your electric fireplace products, you can return the items within 90 days after the day you received it, for any reason. This 90 day period is a no questions asked money back trial. You must call us at our toll free number, 1-877-570-2792, to obtain a return authorization number, before returning any product. The only costs you incur are the return shipping charges of the items and a nominal re-stocking fee of $75.00. If you decide to return your electric fireplace product, shipment logistics, scheduling pickups, and choice of shipping agent is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Once we receive the item at our fulfillment center, we will refund your card for the full purchase price less the $75.00 re-stock fee. PLEASE NOTE: You must save all original packing materials, including cardboard boxes, packing materials such as Styrofoam pieces, and repack the unit and all other accessories as originally received. MFEF must receive the unit and all other accessories in undamaged condition before we will return funds back to your credit card.
Can you explain your shipping policy?
Magic Flame Electric Fireplaces offers free shipping within the Continental U.S. (48 states) on all our products. Orders are shipped approximately 3 business days after your order is received by UPS Ground, except for certain items over a certain weight, which we ship LTL Freight. After being shipped from our fulfillment center in Memphis, TN, orders take 2 - 3 shipping days to reach the East Coast and Midwest, and 5 - 6 shipping days to the West Coast. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Note that tracking information either means a UPS or FedEx tracking number, but if your item is in our heavier weight class and must be shipped by freight truck, you will receive a phone call prior to delivery to schedule a timeframe (usually a 3-4 hour window) for your delivery. We do not ship overseas, or to Hawaii, Alaska, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or Canada at this time.
What if I have missing or broken parts, no assembly instructions, or questions regarding the warranty?
For product support issues, such as missing or damaged parts, warranty questions, or assembly instruction issues, please contact our technical support with our manufacturer, Classic Flame, at 866-661-1218 x2. Inform them that you purchased your product with us, Magic Flame Electric Fireplaces. Do not call MFEF for technical support, as all issues of this kind must be handled by our trained technical support staff at Classic Flame.
Are your fireplaces energy efficient (or a 'green' product) and considered good for the environment?
Our fireplaces consume very little power, and our new LED lighting system, incorporated into all of our systems, draws only 11.2 watts, making it extremely eco-friendly, green and fuel efficient. You don’t have to worry about changing incandescent light bulbs, because our fireplace systems have a lifespan of over 75,000 hours of continuous rated use with our LED system.
Unlike conventional fireplaces, there’s no waste. No stockpiling and handling wood, no soot, no inefficient exhaust, carbon monoxide fumes, dirt, or mess.
As a heat source, each of our electric fireplaces features a 1350 watt forced air heater offering 4600 BTU’s of dry, clean heat, with built in-thermostat which automatically senses room temperature. The cost to operate our systems is about 3 cents per hour with special effects in use but with heater off, and 10 cents per hour with the heating system employed. There’s no need to worry about pilot lights, or moisture problems which often lead to mold infestations and odor issues. Our electric fireplaces are totally maintenance free, offering plug and play installation for instant and immediate enjoyment. Best of all, our electric fireplaces are completely safe for children and pets. Children can touch our glass doors without fear of getting burned.
Our media and entertainment models feature cabinetry grade hardwood construction featuring woods that are non-rainforest sourced, with no particle board or other compressed and engineered plasticized materials being used. Basically, all natural materials.
Will you use my email address and information for purposes other than the purchase of your product? What is your privacy policy?
Magic Flame Electric Fireplaces (MFEF) takes the issue of safeguarding your privacy online very seriously. We do not share the information you provide with any other company, outside source, or any person not employed by MFEF. Every transaction conducted online or by phone is secured for your protection. To make a purchase MFEF does collect some information about you, including credit card and contact information, and uses the information for the sole purpose of conducting the sale of an electric fireplace or any other product MFEF offers on the website. If you use a credit card to purchase a product by any payment method we offer, either online or by phone, we will charge the credit card the exact purchase price. There are no hidden taxes, fees, or charges. After the sale has been completed, the credit card information is deleted from our system and/or destroyed.
